LAChock/LA Trailer Chock Feedback

I just ordered the LA Chock & mounting hardware. This will be my second Baxley chock. There are no other chocks out there that I would even think of having since I had my first one. You do outstanding work and as you state "at a fair price". I don't mind paying for quality, and your products are the best. Joe Dubois

Thank you for an excellent product. It came out of the box and was set up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. Here is a photo of my 2006 Road King Custom with a 21" front wheel perfectly placed in my LA Chock. Now the bike stands straight and takes less room in the garage. My wife is happy! Please let me know if you post my photo so I care share with my biker friends. Randall Webb Irvine, CA
Thank you, sir. I am having a new enclosed motorcycle trailer built, and there was no question in my mind about what kind of chock I wanted to use: Baxley’s. It’s simple, but it works very well. And, I don’t need to worry about dropping the bike while I try to strap it down (or unstrap it at the other end). Lou C. (age 61)
bought your wheel chock & am very impressed with the quality & ease of use. I headind out on a 3,000 mile vacation towing my bike & for the first time I feel really confident that it will stay in place the whole trip. Thanks for a great product Jim Rusinko
Jerome, One of the folks on the Goldwing forum was selling one of your Sport chocks. He triked his Wing and no longer needed it. Based on what you said below, I bought it from him. I liked it so much, I just ordered one of your LA chocks and mounting brackets for both. This is just a quick thank you again for the info and thanks for the great products!
jc
Mr.Baxley: I have used your chalk for many years. I consider it THE BEST bike chalk bar none. I just had to have my ST1300 towed from my home , 40 mi. away to Hilton Head Honda. When the employee arrived w/a flat std. trailer-no chalk....I asked how he was going to tow my 700+ lb. bike? He said he had 9 yrs. experience in towing bikes. I then saw him get out like....ten tie downs. Oh no.....I said! Here is my Baxley Chalk use IT! It saved my bike on a 920 mi. trip from Missouri to Georgia. The mechanic was so IMPRESSED once he rode the bike into the chalk...he said he was going to demand his boss buy one! Kaaaching! Do I get sales-commission? :o) Get product guys! I'm sold!!! God Bless, Douglas Grindstaff
Chip,
Thanks so much for your help again. I tried the adapter when I got home and it worked beautifully! I cannot stress how pleased and impressed I am that the same unit adapts from a 250cc scooter that weighs 350# to a 1400cc full-dress touring bike that weighs 980# - and does it very quickly w/ minimal tools! I was 100% sold on your product before I had the need to use it for a scooter. Talk about the icing on the cake!! I will surely continue to promote your product to anyone I know that is looking for a chock.
I've attached a few pics of my wife's 2004 Honda Reflex 250cc scooter in my LA chock, equipped with the scooter adapter.
Thanks again and have a wonderful day!
Mark Musial
Mr. Baxley: A friend advised me to buy your Chalk when I told him I was transporting my bike 900+ miles in the back of a U-Haul! He was so right! To make the long story short, U-Haul's truck broke down, they did a "transfer move" and never SECURED my ST1300 down properly. It turns out that after the last 500 miles of the move, the L.A. Chalk saved my bike. Even though everything else in the truck tipped over, my bike was upright! (Even though I THOUGHT) it was harnessed down. Great product and I use it in the garage all the time. My son keeps trying to "borrow" it! Thanx for a great tool! Douglas Grindstaff
On my brother-in-law's recommendation, I purchased the LA Chock. Boy am I glad I did. I love it! Whether I'm working on my bike in the shop or loading it on the trailer, I can use the chock without any assistance. I have recommended it to all my biker friends. T.R., Fayetteville NC
Hi Cindy, Ordered my LA Chock and received it in Idaho – thanks so much !! Very impressed with your product ….. my buddy who came along for the ride want one now too – lol Thanks again, Colin Newton, Calgary
Hey I bought two of your chocks from the Harley Davidson dealer in Montgomery Alabama mounted them on my trailer and took my Son and my bike to FT Morgan and those chocks worked great I65 South is very ruff road but those bike's moved very little thanks for such a great product. Jeff
I've had my LA Trailer Chock for two years and used it with an Excelsior Henderson, a Gold Wing, a Harley Road King, two scooters, a Honda 250, and a V-Star 650. The LA Chock supported each one of them perfectly with easy adjustments between bikes. I've used it in my enclosed trailer, in my truck bed, and in my garage for maintenence work. I've seen no chock anywhere for any price that could replace it. John Eustis, FL
Melinda, I just wanted to drop you a line about how well my LA chock is working. It was delivered last friday. I read the instructions, lined it up and rolled my Yamaha Stratoliner on to the chock, perfectly stable. Now I can do basic maintenance, oil changes without struggling to keep the bike upright. Marvelous piece of engineering. Thanks for the great service and wonderful product.
Steve Lloyd Bay City, MI
Cindy, It is a very rare thing to order a product that actually turns out to be better than expected! Your chocks have proven to be a exceptionally well made product that works as advertized. Between my riding buddy and myself we have 5 chocks, (3 sport, 1 LA trailer and 1 LA.) and they all exceed our expectations. Keep up the good work! Dale Van De Ven, Major, USAF (ret.)
Hello Cindy, I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for your helpfulness and promptness of shipping my 3 LA chocks and trailer kits. They all went in great and the workmanship is superb! I could not of been happie with your products! For once in a great while the money really is worth spending on such a fine product and of course your service!! Thanks again and God Bless! Chris Morris Happy Easter!
Melinda, Thank you for your help! By the way, this is my third LA Chock and I could not be happier with the product. I have convinced several of my friends to purchase them as well. Troy
I received the LA Trailer Chock today 4-3-07, well packed and in perfect shape.I worked for a major international aftermarket motor sports company and wheel chocks are a dime-a-dozen in our catalog(s). In spite of this fact I still opted for a Baxley LA Trailer Chock after seeing it displayed by your LV dealer at the Laughlin, NV River Run about four or five years ago. It has served me well. I recently purchased a second bike, a Bobber from Back Road Choppers in Delhi, CA, my trailer will hold two bikes, so the logical thing to do was to buy another chock. After searching the net and eBay, nothing came close to the Baxley unit, so-o-o-o, naturally I again opted for another LA Trailer Chock. SURPRISE! ……. The vertical adjustment tab has now been repositioned at a better angle, and the double gussets on the new unit are positioned apart in such a way as to keep the adjustment tab from twisting while under pressure. (I don’t miss a thing) I didn’t complain about the break, I just fixed the problem (a problem obviously experienced by Baxley in the past) and bought another unit to boot. The LA Trailer Chock is without a doubt, the best unit on the market, bar none! I can’t wait to install it tomorrow. Thanks Melanie and Cindy, you guys were great to deal with. Russ Petrone, Bakersfield, CA
I purchased the LA chock as a surprise for my husband at the Great American Motorcycle Show. He loves it. Thanks so much for all your help and especially for shipping so quickly. Regards, Debbie Golightly
Mr. Mayfield, I just wanted to let you know that I received my LA chock right on time as promised. I am impressed by the quality and the time it took to reach me. Thank you for your help, Regards, Bill Sutherland
Thank you Cindy. I received the package on 11-1. Also i wanted to let you guys know that i looked at several different stands and did like yours the best, however if I had like another over yours i would have bought from you guys due to the fact that you're a Christian company. I appreciate that and the literature that you include in your packaging. Keep up the good work. Thank you again,James Edwards
thank you so very much for your prompt attention and courtesy! the trailer chock arrived in plenty of time to be installed and operational for my trip. it turned out to be a life-saver. it also made the usual time consuming task of trailering a bike alone, a relative breeze!!!
what a great product! it was truly a beneficial acquisition for me and my friends to use and share! to date, i have shown and even demonstrated the chock to several of my freinds and riding buddies! you might just be getting some more orders soon!!!
thanks again for your attention to me and my time sensitive case!!! you really pulled through for me in a crunch!!!!!!! thanks- deane fizzell
Cindy, I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the LA Trailer Chock. I ordered one from you on Wednesday and received it Friday morning. I must say that the pictures of the LA Chocks does not in anyway do them justice. When you open that box and see it for first time the first thought that jumps out at you is QUALITY. It's well made with a great finish and the engineering is superb. Even though I had seen it several times at motorcycle shows it still amazed me when I received mine. The installation took no time at all and the best thing about it was you just ride your bike on and get off, even though a little scary the first time I did it, but it works. Thanks, again Rex Adams Garland, Texas
Dear Mr. Baxley,
I thought I'd drop you a line and add my two cents' worth to the long list of compliments to your LA Chock. I bought mine from your dealer in Cockeysville, MD, and was immediately impressed by the solid workmanship (As a machinist, I know quality work at first sight). I mounted it in the bed of my Dakota and used it to haul my Honda PC800 up to Maine for my vacation. The chock is a joy to use; it locks up like a bank vault and held the bike rock-solid all the way. Great design, great execution.
I'm sending some pictures of my setup. The only hard part of the exercise was getting the bike into and out of the truck bed. Think maybe y'all might consider designing and selling some folding ramps about 3 feet longer and two feet wider than anything out on the market? Trying to get a big bike up a ramp so narrow that you can't put your feet down is a hairy proposition at best!
At any rate, congratulations on a first rate product. It's worth every penny.

Received my L A Chock the other day! Just want to say Thank you for a great product. That's one heavy duty piece of equipment. Incredible form and function. Thank you for the quick service and the best Chock on the market.

Greetings from Boerne, Texas!
I recently purchased 2 of your LA Chocks after shopping around and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and performance. We have a 19’ Wanderer ToyBox and haul my wife’s Harley Sportster and my Dyna Low Rider in it. The trailer has an open floor plan (no separate garage room) and I connected a u-bolt to the chock and hooked a chain link to the existing D-rings in the floor. We took a bouncy 800 mile trip to Big Bend recently and the LA chocks did a great job! Here are some pictures in case future customers inquire about Toy Hauler/Toy Box trailers and using your chocks:

Thanks, Bill and Elsa Scarsdale
We love our LA Chock!! We have an enclosed Toy Hauler trailer. We took our new Road King Harley Davidson on vacation through 7 states and over 3000 miles. We did not have to bolt the LA Chock down but used heavy duty rachet tie downs with it. It never budged at all! We moved the LA Chock outside every evening to park the bike outside and it worked perfectly. We were so impressed with it! It was well worth the cost. Thank you for making such a great product!

I purchased the LA Chock at Thunderbeach - Spring 2004 from Dennis. I used it that weekend to trailer my Roadking back home. I simply placed the chock in my open utility trailer that has a mesh floor and moved it as far forward as it would go. I did not buy nor need the mounting kit. I rode the bike into it, got off and strapped down the front AND the back. It trailered rock solid. A great investment that I would recommend to anyone needing a chock.
Thanks,
Steve Massey
Jerome,
I purchased two LA chocks and two Bolt Down Kits and was very pleased with the quality of you r products. The only fault that I find is the powder coating not being cleaned out of the holes for the pins and the threads on the bolt down kits, it was a real bear trying to get the hex bolts through the center holes.
John Peeler
Received 1st LA Chock this week within 2 days of order. EVERYTHING I read about the product in MCN & Rider is absolutely true. The workmanship, quality &customer service are all first rate. It worked so well for garage parking for my Sportster that I just ordered another for my Dyna. Thank you & keep up the good work.

Sirs: I don't mind sharing the name of the first chock that I unsuccessfully tried on my VTX1800. It was the BIKE-GRAB made, I think, in England and sold here by Driven Gear, Inc. of Charlotte, N. C. Their web address is www.bike-grab.com. I was treated most courteously by the people at Driven Gear and feel that they probably have a good product at a very good price that is, unfortunately, meant for a lighter, smaller bike than the VTX. Their misfortune in this case worked to my benefit, since the L A Chock is superior in every feature (except price, of course).
Thanks again for your great product. Please excuse my delay in answering your e-mail. I've been experiencing a lot of computer problems and have just checked the mail today.
Respectfully,
Charles Taylor
Jerome,

Feel free to use my email as a testimonial for the LA Chock. I just parked my wifes Yamaha Road Star in it when we came in from our Friday nite supper ride. For any bike and especially one without a center stand the LA Chock is a must. I found out about it in my BMW Owners News. Kit J. Vercella did an article in his Consumer Interest column and had alot of good to say about it so I looked at it online and decided I needed one. I bought the matching colorY amaha Venture to my wifes Road Star so it will get the second LA Chock. Thanks again for a great product. I wish more companies would do business the way you do.
Sincerely,
Larry M Mercer

I already have one LA chock and I am so happy with it I want another one. This has to be one of the best investments I have made in a long time. It is a quality piece of equipment and it works great. I don't know how I did without it for so long. Thanks for making such a great product.
Sincerely, Larry M Mercer
Dear Baxley,
I just received my LA Chock and would like to congratulate you on your excellent product. I had not seen one in person, just in Roadracing World. Motorcyclist, and on your website before purchasing mine. It is much more sophisticated than I thought, and my opinion about your pricing went from "expensive" to "great deal" when I tried it for the first time... Thanks again for the great product and fast shipping,
Dennis Chung
I live on in a "float home". My house floats in the ocean and is moored to the dock, which is also floating so to be able to park my bike beside my home safely required a stable platform. As I mentioned previously the LA Chock works perfectly for me.
Thanks again.

Jerome,

We had our first motorcycle track day of the year today. The weather was beautiful & the turnout was good, around 60 bikes in the pit area. I took the L.A. Chock, which I purchased a couple of months ago, to the track. It worked GREAT! There was a lot of interest from fellow motorcyclists. Everyone who saw it commented about what a great idea it was and how sturdy it was built. You will probably get at least a couple of orders from this area (Albuquerque) soon. As a mechanical designer myself, I just wanted to compliment the engineering and build quality of the chock. Truly, a top notch product.

Ray Thornton

Hello,

I received this order today, and wanted to relate to someone in management that I am very pleased with the fast service, and the outstanding build quality of the unit. Really first class. I grew up in a 12 man machine shop; this quality is rare and much appreciated. Congratulations also on your patent: I am an patent attorney and engineer.
Best regards ,

John England

Thank you,
For a great product, I just bought a second one.

just wanted to drop a note praising your LA Chock. I bought an enclosed trailer for my BMW K1200LT and installed the LA Chock in it. The first time I drove the bike into the chock I was truly amazed at the stability of the bike. It stood upright and more securely then with the center stand. I could get off the bike without using either the center or side stands. I then attached 2 tie downs to the rear sub frame and I was good to go!

Congratulations on a superb product. I recommended it to all the members of the K1200LT.NET group.
Just Ride It!

Hello from Wisconsin!

I got my LaChock today and I want to let you it blows me away. This is one quality piece of workmanship! Thank you so very much for such a great product. It is most appreciated!
Sincerely,

Steve

Cindy,

Thank you very much for taking care of this. I will be traveling with the trailer on Wednesday. I used the first chock for a template and have the mounting hardware for the other one installed.
Two things:
1. The LA Trailer Chock is obviously a well thought out and well constructed piece of equipment. The first thing I did was put it on the ground, roll my FXRT on it, let go, and then got a big smile on my face. It is one of a few things I have purchased which completely satisfied my requirements. I am impressed and happy I saw the ad in AMA Motorcyclist.
2. As a Christian, (Catholic) I was also impressed that you, as a business, put the Christian literature in your package. That is a risky thing to do nowadays, but Jesus says "Feed my Sheep" in many ways and I am one customer who would support your actions in any way I can.
Keep up the good work and spread the word!
I will let you know when the 2nd chock arrives.
Peace be with you,
John Marsh

I just received my LA Chock. It took about 10 minutes to set up. My VTX is parked in it as I write this. Your service is exceptional. I ordered it Monday and received it Tuesday. Even more impressive is the quality. This item is well designed. The quality of the materials and workmanship are exceptional. I would also like to thank you for the information on the CMA. I am a Christian and a CMA member. It is refreshing to do business with a company that works to expand the Kingdom of God. Thank You,
Graham Crosby
Dear Dennis,
Well, the new trailer chock works just fine. A friend and I VERY CAREFULLY pulled the Rune into the chock, and there was about a finger-width clearance on both sides of the fender. As you assured me, the plate on the bottom never came close to the fender. One of the reasons I was pressing to get the chock situation solved is that I have to trailer the Rune to another city in a couple of days for service. On the old chock, I'm going to have a machine shop take off the flanges on the capture plates, which should then fit under the fender of the Rune just fine. I'll then be able to use it in my garage for service, with the new trailer chock permanently installed in my covered trailer.
I am really pleased, and I thank you, Chip, and David for all your help. As I've stated many times, Baxley Trailer Company has provided me with beautifully finished products, at a fair price, and more importantly superior after-sale service. You can be assured I'll do my best to spread the word about this excellent product, and superb company. Keep up the wonderful work.
Kind regards to you, and to all the others who have been such a help to me,
Conrad Kay
All,
I have owned your LA Chock for about 6 mos now and I just wanted to drop you all a quick note to say how happy I am with it. I use it for my Vulcan Nomad and have found it to be a very high quality stand and it works like a charm. It has no problems holding my Nomad (700+lbs) upright and secure. Whenever any of my biker friends come over they are all impressed with it. Hopefully they have ordered one also!!
Anyway, you have a very satisfied customer here in Plano, Texas!
Thanks again!
Duane Dubay
Hi,
I recently purchased you LA Chock! The quality and design are first class! I researched many wheel chocks prior to my purchase and yours is far superior to anything I saw. The chock is very substantial and made to the highest standards. I have a Big Dog motorcycle that weighs 600 + pounds and the chock holds it very securely. I really like just driving in and getting off the bike. It takes me about 1 or 2 minutes to load my bike in the trailer and I’m ready to go-amazing!! Thanks again for a great product.

P.S. When I was searching the internet for wheel chocks, your site did not come up. I found out about you from a friend who has one. As a suggestion, you may want to have a webmaster tweak your site with keywords, metatags, etc. so that you site comes up in a typical search. It’s a shame to have a great product and people who would buy it not know about it.

Terry Thrower, Broker

Jerome,
Just received the LA Chock. I have used a friend's and know how well it works.
I'm writing this because I was please to see the Bible references on your website and then the tracts in the invoice. But I was really interested in the CMA logo. I have been a member of the Joint Heirs #112 CMA chapter in Kirkland/Redmond Wa since 1987. I have been the chapter president and am currently the sec/treasurer. I've never been to Hatfield, but would like to someday. Maybe with the chock and our trailer that can happen soon.
Thanks again
Greg Coffin
Good evening. I've just received my LA Chock and I'd like to say that it exceeded my expectations. GREAT QUALITY! It's truly an outstanding peice of gear an worth every penny. There is one problem however. I've looked through the packaging thoroughly and it turns out that I did not receive the four countersunk bolts required for the mounting plates. Could you please send them out to me. Thank you in advance for your help.

Sport Chock Feedback

Thank you very much for the information! If I do get this bike I will definitely give it a try with the Sport Chock. I love this product. It works so well! Dave

Mr. Baxley, I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent product and excellent customer care. I received my second sport chock today and was again pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and care provided in packing and shipping. It is rare these days to find a firm such as yours that not only takes pride in their product but also takes the time and effort to carefully package and ship their product so it is well received. Thank you! And of course, I love the sport chock as well. Regards, Felix

After 3 years of excellent service, my Baxley Wheel Chock was stolen at a trackday during one of my sessions. Imagine my dismay when I rolled up after my session, and I had to perform the balancing act of getting the bike on its rear stand without the aid of a chock or a kickstand. Despite 3 years of hard abuse, it looked brand new and operated flawlessly. I could save some money by going with one of the imitations out there, but I just cannot deny the quality of the product that you guys put out. That said, do you offer any type of industry discount? I would genuinely appreciate it. If not, I’ll be purchasing a new chock from your website regardless. Thanks! Cody Newman

Dear Baxley company Team, I got my chock right when you told me, friday, I love it. Moving truck is pick up out goods monday, an I know my bike is safer with your chock holding it up right. Thank you for making "made in USA" mean "The Best money can buy"  God Bless, Brandon
Hi   Just received my new chock.  Thank you so much, it works perfect just like you said.  I had emailed you a question about it working on a Yamaha Vmax.  You said just adjust the plate and it should be fine.  It is.  Thanks again, and I love the way you share the Lord too.  It's good to know I bought from a company who loves Jesus.  I will recommend you to everyone I know.   Jeff Tosha Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Good Morning ,   First off I would like to commend you for your informative and enlightening website (especially the "A Gift For You Section").  It is just so nice to know that their are still people that believe and are not afraid to be witnesses for Christ.   The purpose of my e-mail is to ask it you sell the big rubber ends that come on the feet of your chocks.  If so how much are they?  I had a guy hit one of my chalks and drag it 50 feet or more and the only damage was the rubber ends of the chalk.  I will need 4 of them so if you do sell them I would appreciate if you could give me a price as well.Thank you and keep up your good work. Donald Actie Jr.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to highlight my thanks for access to the products you made available to our class at Laguna Seca 5/26-27. your products are phenomenal. we learned a new level of appreciation for great equipment and products in conjunction with the knowledge of control and confidence in riding overall. Christie Cooley, Michael Czysz, Ty Howard, James Randolph and Sean Goff are all amazing instructors and i can only hope to cross paths with them again in future classes… or see them in their daily element on or off the course. i hope that we can also have the opportunity to enjoy your great products on the course in future Skip Barber sessions. it made what would have already been a great experience nothing short of extraordinary. thank you!--jim jacoby (and dawn… and trent jurewicz)

I took a couple CLASS schools a few years and was introduced to your product and saw how well they worked  After being away from riding a few years due to health challenges, I'm better and back.  I bought a new Aprilia RSV 1000R Factory earlier this year and a new Sport Chock to transport it more safely, in large part to remembering Reg's recommendation from the past schools.  I just 2 classes with them last week and they were great. We actually spoke several weeks ago, my sport chock arrived without the front holder.  I did get the part later that week.  Product works great and again thank-you for being open about your Christian faith and providing the various Christian materials with your product. Thanks for your part in sponsoring the CLASS schools. Sincerely, James Prange

Cindy, Got it!!! Thank you. My 2008 Ducati Multistrada 1100S looks wonderful on it. :-) Enjoy your weekend and thanks for the mug. Regards, Cleaven
Dear Jerome, I got my Sport Chock this morning. No damage on the box and at brief look, the chock is OK.
I paid 71 euro tax, which is a bit more expensive than I have expected for the $260 product. But the total cost is similar to the product price in Japan. So I can satisfy myself. I hope your products become available easily in France (and Japan). I knew your product at the following personal blog. See mid of the page. http://oreryu.nobody.jp/vmx1700p3motegi.htm He introduced a new VMAX and YZF-R1 were exhibited with SPORT CHOCKs at 2008 Japan MotoGP. Seeing this page, I decided to buy it. My VMAX is now on transport from UK. I think the black Sport Chock looks nice with a VMAX. Thanks again. Toshihiro Oikawa

Dear Baxley company Team, I got my chock right when you told me, Friday, I love it. Moving truck is picking up our goods Monday, and I know my bike is safer with your chock holding it up right. Thank you for making "made in USA" mean "The Best money can buy"  God Bless, Brandon

Hi, i just wanted to convey my appreciation for what is a "MUST HAVE"accessory for any street bike! I'm very critical about products i use when it comes to riding and must say that this is by far one of the best. The sport wheel chock is solid, well designed and reasonably priced. I also felt obligated to perform the same test i seen on youtube by trying to push the bike over and i now i have an undisputed trust in the Baxley Sport Chock. My only regret is that i didn't have one sooner. Can't wait to recommend to myfriends...Good Job Guys!Regards,Jeff
Hi Jerome....Just a quick word of THANKS for your quality product (I just bought your Sport Chock for my Buell 1125R).....AND for sharing the faith!
Amen amigo,
Greg, Denver CO
Hello,I just wanted to take a minute to let you know I am extremely impressed with the sport chock that I purchased. The powder coating is amazing quality as is the welds and overall workmanship.Although a very small thing, the travel coffee cup was a nice touch too!
Thank You,--Chad
Dear Mr. Baxley, The Sport Chock with the Scooter Adapter just arrive about an hour ago. I have already put it and the Baxley coffee cup to good use. I am so impressed with your company and your Faith that I am taking the Chock to show Greg, the owner of Urban Moto, Austin, TX from whom I bought my 2006 Vespa GT200.
I am planning of buying another Vespa and a dirt bike for my 10 year-old son. When I do, I will call your office and order the appropriate number of Chocks. If Greg decides not to inventory one or two of these in his dealership in Austin, TX I may order a couple and put them there on consignment! That's how convinced I am that these are the best, most versatile chocks I have seen. Plus they coming all the popular scooter colors to mix or match!! God Bless you, your family and your employees. Warmest regards, Glenn Heffernna
Hi, I had to contact you to thank you for building an awesome bike chock. I recently purchased two of your sport chocks to be mounted in my trailer for my BMWs. I’ve trailered my bikes a couple of times and the chocks work great. I removed one chock from the trailer the other day to temporarily place in my garage. I love how I can remove them with a couple of turns of a wrench. That floor mounting hardware is the “bomb”. Just after removing it, I was carrying it over to my Tahoe when a friend approached with an emergency. I quickly set the chock down and rode off to assist him with his emergency. Upon returning, my mind was on what had just happened and I forgot about the chock I left lying there. I jumped into my Tahoe, accelerated and heard a terrible crunching sound as the front of my Tahoe rose up. I cringed knowing I had just driven over my new Baxely chock. I looked under the Tahoe and the chock was on it’s side, wedged under the engine. I thought surely it was ruined by the weight of the big 4-wheel drive vehicle. I tried to back off it but couldn’t. I got some blocks, placed them behind the front tires and backed onto them, lifting the vehicle up enough to drag the chock out. To my amazement, the chock had only a few scratches. I couldn’t believe it! I had to write you and tell you that my incident is living proof you make a great product. These chocks not only work great and look good…..they are tougher than hell!
Thanks,
Dave Blair

Just taking a minute to let you know my sport chock arrived today. What a outstanding product! I've always had problems with swingarm stand and the like. No more worrying if I've got spools lined up, just push and it's in there. Thanks again for a great product. Glenn in Topeka Ks.
Good Morning Jerome,
When I see a great product, it usually costs a little more. I would buy that chock again in a heartbeat. It is solid, rugged and it works! I was at the racetrack with it and I was able to just ride into it when coming off the track. It held my bike very well in the back of my truck. It makes loading the bike easier than I could have imagined. I have a few friends that I have told to go and buy their own—this one is mine!
It’s just good to know that there are still some great companies that take pride in their work and their products. Keep up the great work.
Sincerely,
Mike Ellis
I, am wanting to thank you all for this fine product. I really didn’t want to spend the money on it when I could have got one for seventy dollars. It would not have been nothing like the one I bought from you guys. I am very impress with it. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone that owns a sport bike and takes pride in it. I felt confident that my ZX1400 was safe in my enclosed trailer all the way to Myrtle Beach with the sport chock. Awesome product, God bless you guys keep up the good work. Julius Hudson
Hey Guys, I have two sport chocks and I use them in my Astro mini van. There's no other way it would work other than a Baxley chock. Your chocks are by far the best! I have attached some photos. I'm thinking about buying two more for a 4' x 6' trailer I'm going to buy. I'll have 2 bikes in the van and 2 behind. Thanks for a great product. Paul Prettyman
Thanks for the great product. Works as advertised and the black chrome is eye candy! Saving up for a chock for the Harley. Me and my zx-14 ninja thank you…one and all. Joe Franzetti, Scottsdale, AZ
Hi, I already own a Baxley Sport Chock. I purchased it a few years ago when you were first starting out. Love it! One of the best accessories I have ever used for/on any of my bikes. I love my sport chock so much, I want to buy another one for a new bike I just purchased. Have two bikes now, so I have to have TWO sport chocks, right?
Anyway, my question is this: I am active duty USAF and would like to know if I can email you a scan (front and back) of my ID instead of faxing you one. I am currently on alert at home and can’t leave, so I don’t have access to a fax machine.
Thank you for supporting the military and God bless! Jerry Bobo
Cindy, I just wanted to tell you thanks again for your great customer service last week. I must say that from the very moment I opened the box containing my Sport Chocks I was immediately impressed. The pictures on your website do not do them justice. The finish and quality of your product is second to none. I began using mine immediately in my garage to help prepare my bike for the upcoming weekend test session, and shortly after mounted them in my trailer with the mounting kit provided. The installation was effortless, and after over 800 miles of hauling two sport bikes around with your Sport Chocks the bikes were firmly planted in the same exact spot they were loaded. My neighbors and fellow road racers also were very impressed and I believe you should be seeing more calls for these in the near future. Thanks again for not only a great product, but also great customer service!! Sincerely, Mike Federspiel
Dear Jerome, The sports chocks arrived safe and sound. I am very impressed, the quality and ease of use is exemplary. I am very pleased to have discovered your product. Kind Regards, Paul
Your sport chocks are awesome!! This is my Buell XB9SX City X and it works perfect all the time, thanks! =)
Hello Miss Smith, I received my Sport chock today and it is Awesome Thanks So Much & Hope You have a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving, Carter
Dear Baxley family,
I just received my new sport chock today. Exceptional product and each time I use it my spine thanks you because it is saving years of wear not having to hoist this monster Honda ST 1300 up on the center stand.
I wanted you to know that while I was sold on your product based on appearance and what appeared to be a superior design, that's not what sealed the deal for me.
Before buying, I was reading the owners manual on your website. Your statement of faith is what sealed the deal for me. That alone implied a different level of character and business dealings which was confirmed by your people I dealt with on the phone. The tract included in the box is one of the better ones I have seen and is an encouragement for me to be a better witness myself. Thanks Again, James
Hello, just picked up your Sport Chock. Fantastic item, heres a few pictures, would appreciate if you could post them on your website. Thanks, Luke Slavens
Cindy, The UPS truck just delivered the Sport Chock. It is an outstanding piece of equipment. The fit, finish, rugged construction and design is fantastic. Many thanks for the quick response from my inquiry about using the unit with a rear stand lift to shipping it in such a timely manner. Regards, Phil Groff
Hi, I just got back from a pair of Track Days at Laguna Seca. As I came off the track after a session, to my dismay I saw that one of the course workers had run over my Sport Chock and it was wedged under his SUV. They had to get a floor jack to raise the truck up to get it out. I expected it to be completely destroyed, but after close inspection, the only damage was some chipped paint and one of the rubber feet was torn up. I was blown away about how the sport chock stood up to a major impact. In any event, can I order a single replacement foot rubber? Thanks, Steve F.
Just a short note of thanks,My sport chock arrived today, and it worked perfectly. On the 1000Kaw, my Bergman, also on the lightweight,Honda FT500.
--Also,thank you for the 'enclosure'. Jesus, the biker. I;m glad he is getting around,as he is a personal friend of mine also.--thanks again for a fantastic product,I'm still in awe.lol.--Larry Davenport.Bristow,OK.
Hello Melinda! Thank you for the email and the Sport Chock. It has arrived safely and after using the pruning shears to cut the plastic fast-ties around it in the box, now sitting in the garage. I used it all weekend. Once I got a feel for how it worked, I felt comfortable to ride the bike directly onto it.
This is a wonderful device! I am so pleased to have found your company and purchased the Sport Chock. As a woman who is learning to maintain her own bike, the sport chock has provided the stability that allows me to feel comfortable when wrenching. The ease of use also is amazing. Again, thank you. Best wishes, Janise
Just thought I would send you a photo or two of my new bike in your AWESOME SPORT CHOCK !!! Also used it to keep my bike upright in the back of my pickup truck from Chicago to Little Rock. ROCK SOLID !!!!! Feel free to use the photos in any way you like ...Enrico DeLorenzo
Melinda, Thanks for your email. I received the Sport Chock last Thursday, and put my bike on it right away. Works great! Thanks again for your top notch service and product. Dean Duvall
I have a trac pro stock chassis , vance and hines motor , best of everything and i was told the coolest piece of equipment i own is this sport chock . whats bad is that i couldnt do without it . several of my race buddy's here in abilene have purchased one also . what a great product . i need another one so i will be calling you soon . you should put some of these on ebay . mark belitz , abilene , tx
Dear Mr. Baxley, I was introduced to your ingenious Sport Chock when I recently purchased a BMW bike from a man who had one. I marveled at the sturdy construction, ease of use and functionality of it. Imagine my delight when I placed an on-line order to your company for one two days ago and the UPS man delivered it today. It was expertly packed, the invoice and instructions are great and it looks like a fine piece of sculpture, I'm almost afraid to dirty it up with my bike! I was delighted to see your product pictured with a BMW K1200LT because that is the bike I have that will see regular use of the Sport Chock.
In this day and age, almost everything we buy has an annoying "Made in some other country" label. I am delighted to see a superb product made right here, that gives me faith there are still outstanding companies in America. Incidentally, I used to work for Hedstrom Company in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Their headquarters are in Dothan, Alabama like your fine company! Keep up the good work and I will heartily recommend your wonderful products to my many motorcycle riding friends.
Hello, folks. I got my Sport Chock from MPH a few months ago. I hardly ever use the side stand at home anymore. I used the chock in my pickup a while back. It helped me rest easy knowing the bike was secured. It's a great product. Wish I had one everywhere I parked my LeMans. Nice message inside the packet, also. Thanks, and God Bless. Patrick Beaman in Katy, TX.
I just purchased one of your Sport Chocks from NPR Ducati in Watkinsville, GA. I wanted to thank you for making such an innovative and useful accessory. I mounted it to my maintenance lift and I can now put the bike (a BMW R1150R) on the lift without assistance. What a relief!
I bought my sports chock Friday and left on a 1400 mile trip the following day. The sports chock performed fantastically over the LA freeway undulations in the road and on corners but the chock held the bike as advertised. I can easily load my 590lb bike on the truck myself, get off and tie it down in a matter of minutes. My wife loved the fact she's a spectator in all this. I especially loved the Christian materials you provided in the package. I was so impressed I showed several people at church including the leader of Black Sheep MC. He loved it of course. Thanks for being a open witness. Roger
Dear Baxley, I received my Baxley Sport Chock today, and as promised, I'm sending pics. What a fine piece of fabricated metal...!! The worries of trailering my motorcycle are gone and I have a new stand to use in the pits. Thank you again for your outstanding service and product. David, Slatington, PA
Melinda, I rcv'd the sport chock & bolt down kits today. They are top quality as expected. Thanks for such a great product. May the Lord bless your business in many ways. Thanks, Payton
Hi Melinda! What a great product!! It arrived Friday as promised and I picked up my new Moto Guzzi Griso on Saturday - perfect timing. I wanted to send you some photos of the Sport Chock in action. I don't normally park in the driveway like this but I wanted to get some good shots "outside". As you can see I have two bikes - a 98 Kawasaki Concours and the new 07 Moto Guzzi Griso. To make them both fit in the garage I really needed the Sport Chock to help save space. It works great. Thanks again
Received my Sport Chock yesterday and I wanted to leave, what turns out to be, yet another complimentary email. Liked how it was packed and am very pleased with the build quality. Nice even welds, pieces fit & move smoothly and like the wrinkle finish. And, it works like a dream. A well thought out piece of equipment. It just takes a couple tries to find the exact amount of momentum needed to get the front wheel over the pivot point and you're in. Stands straight and steady doesn't move around. I like that it was designed for certain wheel and tire sizes not made to fit every combination, which usually means none fit that well. I'm looking forward to using it when loading my bike in the back of a pickup, that's when the extra help really counts. This was the missing link in the process. And just for the record, I looked online for hours at nearly every chock made and checked local bike shops and what they carried. I even talked with Chip, at Baxley. I did enough research for a degree, but I did end up with a great chock. Worth the effort. My Monster is in the garage, carefully tucked in between cars and I finally don't worry about bumping into it and knocking it over. Yet another good reason to have the SC. So, good job guys! Well done. Your website also offered many very helpful and convincing pics and clips - a picture is worth a thousand words.Sincerely, Ken Barre, Connecticut
To the folks at Baxley, Got my Sport Chock about a month ago and immediately emailed on how pleased I was with it. Well, I just want to add that it is one of the best and most useful pieces of equipment I have for my motorcycle. I need to get all the space out of my garage and the chock lets me get my bike securely and efficiently in place every time. No wasted space or time. Thanks. Nice to find such a good home grown product. Sincerely, Ken Barre, Connecticutt
My sport chock came today as promised. Thank you all for the prompt and professional service. You have a very good product. Bill Morgan
My Sport Chock arrived yesterday evening. I am very impressed with the overall fit and finish . . . and it works like a champ! Thanks.
Love my Sport Chock. What an excellent design. WOW! Thanks again, Michael Ferrand Chanhassen, MN
Hello,I just received my sport chock yesterday and wanted to tell you how nice this unit is! Excellent construction, GREAT PACKAGING, it was a pleasure doing business with you!!! Regards, Jim Anderson
Hi Guys!
Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with you Sport Chock. I have used it on several occasions recently and it has performed flawlessly both in a trailer and a in the back of my truck. I road race an SV650S Suzuki that I have named Matilda (since we go waltzing) and I'm also a staff member of TrackDaz a track day organization here in Southern California where we provide track time a several race tracks in our area (Willow Springs, Streets of Willow, and Buttonwillow). This past Friday night helped me discover another advantage or benefit to owning your Sport Chock. My son and his wife were trailering his race bike and equipment to Buttonwillow (about 2 hours north of LA). My fiancé and I were following in our truck with Matilda in back in the Sport Chock (and tied down). We all stopped at a fast-food joint and went inside to eat. I stupidly left my truck on the side of my son's truck where it was completely out of our view. After eating we sauntered out to the parking lot where I discovered the following missing things: Pit Bull rear stand; folding loading ramp, suitcase full of clothes and such. Also, Matilda was on her side, frontwheel still in the Sport Chock. Apparently, the thieves had tried to get the bike out (all the tie-downs were unhooked) but couldn't figure how to get Matilda out of the Sport Chock (the latch was holding) so they pushed her over to try to drag her out of the truck. I think the Sport Chock made that difficult, so they gave up and left. My toolbox saved Matilda from damage but, for sure, your Sport Chock was the prize possession that evening. What a clever idea and adding the latch helped further! Thanks for such a great American-made product! Sincerely, Charlie Coyner
Hello, I just wanted to send your company an e-mail about how impressed I am with the function and quality of your sport chock. It is rare these days to see a product so well thought out. Even the packaging for shipment was some of the best I've seen in years, and I wouldn't exactly call the item fragile. I purchased the sport chock from PiratesLair in N.C. and received first class service. Thanks for doing things the right way, Bruce Nelson
I received today the sport chock ordered earlier this week for my BMW K1200RS. My jaw dropped when I pulled it out of the box, and it dropped even further when I had ridden my bike onto it and verified what it would do. Fit, finish, and function are absolutely terrrific! Thank you. Gary Carr St. Louis, MO
Hey Cindy, Got my Baxley Sport Chock today and it looks great and works great. Many thanks to all the folks at Baxley for producing a great piece of gear for my new BMW K1200S. Thanks again, Bob Baker
It's rare when I feel compelled to write a manufacturer about their product especially one that I don't own(yet!!) I just wanted to take the time to email you guys about your fantastic product. Back in October, I bought a motorcycle and had to go to North Carolina to pick it up, I live in Atlanta. I almost passed on it because of the lengthy drive and the fear that with such a long tow that I would inevitably lay it over on the way back. I have trailered many bikes in the past and have yet to not have a close call with any of them. Tie downs loosing up, the bike shifting and the dreaded view in the rearview mirror and no bike!!! So, after talking to a friend about the trip he offered to let me use his Sports Chock and after much apprehesion I took him up on it. I usually stop about a every hundred miles to re-tight and re-manuever the bike and to my surprise after 563 miles I did not have to touch a single tie-down. What an amazing product. I have recommend this thing to any and everyone who would listen! I love it and plan on purchasing one very soon.Thank You Eric Dowell
Hello, My name is John and I just received my Sport Chock on 1/18/04. WOW, what can I say. I was amazed at the quality and the color ( Honda red ). I thought that I would have to put it together and was surprise that I didn't. The way that it was packed in the extra heavy carton was also a surprise as was the amount of the packing material in the box. ( top notch ). I took it out of the box, went to the garage, put it on the floor, and rolled my RC - 51 right up. Couldn't be happier. I will try to send a picture. Thank You. John C.
I just want to thank you for a great product. The build quality and workmanship are superb, and the materials used are top drawer quality. The Sport Chock makes loading my VFR into my truck safe and easy. I have recommended your product to all my riding friends. Thank you and may God bless you and your family.

Dear Baxley Trailer Co.,
A week ago, I traveled from Austin, TX to attend my first AMA Motorcycle Show at the Atlanta Cobb Galleria this past Saturday. I came across your set-up at the show and had to come over and see for myself. I have seen your ads in the American Motorcyclist magazine and on your website but never up close. I was hesitant to believe that a small thing could keep an expensive sportbike stable until you tipped one over parked on your Sport Chock. I looked in shock and fear that it would tip over, but it didn't. The bike was much bigger than mine and if that could support your bike, then it should be no problem with mine. You've convinced me!
I ordered a Sport Chock from you on that day and received it four days later. As you did to your bike in the show, my Buell XB9S Lightning stayed firmly in its Sport Chock after being tipped over just a tad. Now, I can work on my bike without fear of it falling over.
Thanks for making me into a believer.
P. Campos
PS: Thanks for the Words of Wisdom, too, from the Gideons.
Dear Mr. Baxley
I am writing to thank you and your staff for making such a fine product. I will be proud to trust my bike to your Sport Chock. I am delighted with it so far (just took it out of the box), & I just had to tell you so. Your dedication to quality (customer service, shipping, design, & ease of doing business) made my day.
Thanks again & best wishes

I love your product. It truly stands for quality. I would be happy for you to host my pics on your site. Since I noticed that you do not have any Hayabusas it will make a great addition. I got your info from the people at suzukihayabusa.org. They like your product.

I recently purchased a Baxley sport chock at Moto-Britalia in Alpharetta, GA. I mounted it on a utility trailer (with a small bit of improvisation to make a mount for the center bolting point) for use with my 2003 CBR600RR. What a joy it is to be able to hitch, load, strap and go in under 10 minutes.
The Sport Chock is a marvelous invention. Thanks!

Hello, I just wanted to tell you that my Sport Chock is pretty close to being the "best thing since slice bred" of motorcycle accessories! I can drive my track bike right into my trailer... and 2 minutes (1 bolt!) later put the chock in my garage and park it without fumbling with the balancing of the bike while putting on the rear stand. I've been using it around the local tracks raising a lot of eyebrows... in a world where lots of products are sub-standard yours truly shine. Congratulations. Francois Koutchouk
Received my Sport Chock, and it is as easy and stable as advertised.

Now I am sending this picture to my other 100 club members. This is perfect for the lady riders too. They often say they are not comfortable using bike stands because of the way you have to set the bike to get the stand under.

Thanks for a great product.

Hello,
It is a rare pleasure that I can write to a company and actually praise them for manufacturing a product. I resently bought your Sport Chock to use with my R-1 and could not be more pleased with quality of material, workmanship, finish and ease of use.
Thanks for amnufacturing a product you can be proud of and I can be proud to own.
Wiley Conder
I love my Sport Chock! Thanks for making a great product. No more garage tip-overs!
Carl Ferguson, Jr.
The chock I ordered just arrived this evening, WOW am I impressed. It's the basic black, but it is beautiful and I love it already. The locking tab mechanism (to me) the absolute best feature. I ride a CBR600F4i with a tail cowl, so I no longer have a grab strap, and always had to get a friend to hold the bike while I put it on the rear wheel stand for maintenance. Not any longer, yee-ha. Also, I no longer have to worry about my gangly 15 year old son knocking my bike over when he sneaks a sit on my ride. Thanks for such a well built (and thought out) product. Please understand that I NEVER have written a positive email about anything, usually it's what I call hate mail, about bad service/customer service or shoddy workmanship. I will be recommending this to every sport bike rider I know or will meet. Thanks again.

Mark Thom

I received the two units las week and they worked out super. They were a hit at the races here in Seattle over the week end. You guys make a great product.
Thanks,
Don Blair
Hello,

I just received my sport chock yesterday and used it immediately to store my Yamaha R1 sportbike. Have to say this a very clever design.

Thanks,

David Marin

Hello!

Just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my Sport Chock! It is everything you said it would be and more! It has to be the best motorcycle related purchase I have made in years! I am able to use my Pit Bull rear stand without help without any fear of dropping my sportbike. The craftsmanship of the chock itself is superior and unimaginably easy to use! I am making a point to recommend it to everyone I know.

Thanks again for the information you sent me prior to buying it!

God Bless! Jerry L. Bobo II, Capt, USAF

Dear Baxley:

I wanted to send you a note about the great product you make. I bought the sport chock from you because I have to park my motorcycle against a wall on the stand side. Needless to say it difficult to be able to get off and deploy either stand. With the sport chock I can role it on and forget about it. I am really surprised how good the chock captures and holds up the bike. I am using for a CBR1100XX which is a heavy bike and the motorcycle is completely stable........

Thank you!!!

Dennis:
I got the last week -- very nice!! When used in conjunction with my (new) Pit Bull race stand, the TL is solid as rock. Now I can do all of work prep myself -- no need for a "spotter". Good job!!...

Scott

I received the Sport Chock a few days ago and I have to tell you how impressed I am with it. It's well though out, well made, works as advertised and made in the good 'ol USA. A true rarity these days. I received the follow up information yesterday along with some well timed inspiration. Thanks for both.

Ed

Dear Mr. Baxley,
I just received my Sport Chock last week and had to give it a try right away. I'm extremely satisfied. Not only is the chock extremely well made (of course you know that) but it's a breeze to use! It's so nice to find a product that lives up to its advertised abilities. There are so many motorcycle products out there that are simply disappointing or even defective.
I purchased a Bike-Grab from EazyRizer (www.bikelift.com) last year for routine maintenance on my GSX-R and Sportster. At the time, I didn't want to spend the extra $50 for your product. Plus, I spoke with their salesman first and he had some negative things to say about your product's versatility (i.e., the Bike-Grab will work on both of my bikes). The Bike-Grab is very difficult to use (wants to slide out from under the bike, difficult to aim the wheel between the holding plates) and it's poorly crafted. I'm stuck with it, so I'll make the best use of it for my Sportster, because the Sport Chock won't fit it. But I'm glad to have the Sport Chock for my GSX-R.
Thank you for making such a fine product. I will make sure that all of my riding friends hear about the Sport Chock. I'll also mention it to my dealer, Coleman Powersports (Falls Church, VA). They aren't currently a dealer for you but they should be.
God bless.
Your new friend,
Tim Robertson
I just recieved your Sport Chock, and it's great. I was pleased to see, that I had purchased a product from a Christian Company. I will tell all of my friends about your product !!!
God be with you.
Tom Close
Just got my sport chock today, it’s great. This is like a dream come true. Ride in get off, get on again and ride off. It’s like having extra helper with you. Thanks again.

Keith

I RECEIVED MY SPORT CHOCK AND IT IS A NICE HIGH QUALITY PIECE. THANKS FOR THE GOOD SERVICE AND QUICK SHIPPING. WILL PUT TO USE THIS WEEKEND FOR A TRACK DAY.

THANKS AGAIN,

ROB ADAMS

I want to thank you for the wonderful and very useable product. I ordered my "sport chock" with great expectations and was not let down. I have found it to be the handiest and user friendly garage/trailer chocking system on the market. It is like having a helping hand when you need it. Thanks for the color choices and compact size, it makes my trailer look real fancy. Keep up the good work and great products.

Thanks again,
Hawk

Got it today, thanks!
Great product, as always. That's two for me now, and everybody that sees them wants one.
The Sport Chock was everything you claimed. I took it to a track day at VIR. I was the only rider in a group of about 15 with a sport chock. For safety reasons, kickstands had to be removed or wired. Every other rider had the rear lift type chock.
After a track session, I would ride into the Sport Chock and hop confidently off. I was off my bike without any hassle or delay. After my dismount, I would help the guy next to me hold his bike while he fished for his rear stand. This unit is really a top-notch piece of equipment. It may cost a little, but only dropping your scooter once would more than pay the difference. It really grabs the front wheel, and rolling out of the chock is easy also. I could go on. Well done Baxley.
Pat Mullaney
Your Godly testimony was also appreciated. Thanks for taking a strong stand for Christ. God bless y'all. Jesus lives !!
Received today. You guys are great as ever. This is the second one I've bought from you and I tell everyone at the track how well it works.
Thanks,

The new trailer arrived yesterday and I picked it up this morning. It exceeds my expectations for it (which were high!) and obviously is well-built and of exceptional quality. I'll be examining it and playing with it in the garage this evening. My friends (at the commercial address to which it was shipped) have no particular interest in motorcycle trailers, but commented on how nicely built it is.

I bought Motorcycle #7 two weeks ago, and sooner or later something will need to be trailered. Now I have something that I'm confident is up to the task!

Thanks for building a trailer "the right way".

George

Jerome,

Please accept my very belated but sincere Thank You for providing accommodations for my wife and I when we picked up our GT 2000 trailer. The trailer is working great and tows very well. I am sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you personally but your son provided an excellent experience and gave a through overview of the trailer and the operation aspects.

Looking forward to many years of use from the GT 2000.

Thanks again,

Bob Loose

I’ve mentioned this before to you folks but simply cannot help myself. EVERY time I use my Baxley GT2000 (it is an older unit) I marvel at how easy it is to use, how simple it is to secure the motorcycles and am grateful to had been able to experience a Baxley trailer through a friend before I bought a m/c trailer of my own.  Quite frankly, I could not imagine buying a different type of motorcycle trailer.  Baxley is the gold standard is seems to me.

Thanks again, keep up the good work and spreading the good word.

Mr Baxley....just to let you know I made it back to Ky with your trailer I
picked up last week....it did great on the trip home. This weekend I loaded

my Valkyrie as per your instructions and took it to my local sailplane club
to show it off to my friends there...several bikers in the group. LOTS of
ooohs and aaaahs for your trailer.

One big benefit I had not considered was once loaded on the trailer, it has
the bike up where it's really easy to clean the bike and lower areas that
are tough to reach...especially for a guy my vintage with a crabby back. I
have a good bike lift but it has never felt that stable to me with heavy
bikes like my Valkyrie and Goldwing. I can even sit on the frame of your
trailer to get some areas...great! I also find even when loaded with these
big bikes, I can move the trailer around by hand with ease. Fantastic
design.

Thanks once again for an extremely satisfactory transaction and pickup.
Look forward to many years of great service from the trailer and much
appreciate your kindness and attention at the pickup.

Kindest regards,

Paul Osborne

Jerome,
WOW!  Add me to the list of satisfied customers.  The trailer is fantastic.  Even the first day in the rain it tracked beautifully, and we made the 1200+ mile trip back to New Jersey with no problems at all.  It took a bit of time to get used to the electric brakes, but after I got them set up right, it worked flawlessly – even when some crazy drivers pulled “stunts” in front of me so I had to apply them with a little bit of extra urgency.
We arrived home on Sunday evening, and I was like a small child at Christmas waiting for the morning, so I could try the bike on the new trailer.   The measurements that we used were spot on.  Just like you show for the two-wheel bikes, I just drove onto the trailer and strapped it down.  No muss, no fuss.  Did a short drive around the area, and the bike remained solid, and the trailer actually responded better with the weight added.  The independent suspension works great going over uneven surfaces and manhole covers and other obstacles that only affect one side or the other.
You suggested using the trailer as a parking spot for the Spyder in the garage.  Well, it will not fit in my garage, but even if it did, can you load the bike without having the front of the trailer hooked to the car?  I thought it would tip backward without the front end being held down.  But if can be used as a parking place without being connected to the car, that would be an advantage when travelling so we could only consume two parking spaces instead of three when using the bike.  Let me know if it really can be used without the tow vehicle attached.
Great job on the customization for the Can-Am.  I think I will adjust the angle of the front tie-down straps so they pull a bit straighter from the connection to the Spyder front end.  I tried going through the wheel like the manual for the Spyder recommends, but it fits and works better if I go directly to the bike’s suspension lower a-frame.

Thanks again for creating a great product and for helping us experience a taste of “Southern Hospitality” during our short visit with you.   (We did find a street side vendor for the boiled peanuts!)

 Godspeed,

 Bill

PS:   At a rest area in VA, we parked next to a truck from Indiana with a large enclosed trailer with Harley-Davidson logos all over it.  When we came out, the three men who were traveling together in the truck had surrounded my trailer and were “holding court” about it.  Just like your story about the Harley-Davidson owner, they asked a lot of questions, so I showed of how the trailer worked, and gave them a brochure.  It was interesting to see their fascination.  They were very impressed with the powder coating, quality of the fit and finish, and the way the trailer tilted for easy loading.  They said they had never seen anything like it before.

Hello Jerome,  After speaking to you via email, I ordered my trailer from Long Beach BMW Motorcyle.  I appreciate your company's incredible efficiency in shipping out the trailer immediately.  Today, I picked up the trailer and was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the trailer and the attention to every detail to make this trailer very user friendly.  I have only admired your trailer products from the "great" video's on you-tube and have never seen one in person.  I can not wait to share this wonderful product with other motorcycle riders to let them know that Baxley Trailer's are superior to any other open trailer made for motorcycle transport.   I brought the trailer home and with ease, I folded the trailer into it's upright storage position and put it away in my storage unit.  Just an additional note to let you know that the sales team at Long Beach BMW are great (Robin Smietan) and they do a wonderful job of representing your product. Best Regards, Ronald Singer, DDS

Hello Cindy,   Yes, it has arrived and was very well packaged. I'm sorry I sent the follow up email not knowing that my wife had already moved the box in the garage.   I'm very satisfied with your product and service. And most of all, after reading through your website, share the same quality and spiritual beliefs as Mr.Jerome.   Thank you, Genesis
Jerome - I hope you are getting some additional contacts from my bragging on your trailers and chocks on the Harley Forums! I constantly respond to those with questions about chocks and trailers and give a testimony to your equipment. Mine is still working great - bought it in 2006.  Everyone wants to borrow it, but not many get to!  I haven't loaded the 2010 Limited on it yet, but it will load like the '95 Ultra did. Trust you and yours are doing well!  I'm sure He is blessing in many ways! I resigned my commission in 2009 and now volunteer full time at our church's single-parent car care clinic.  Just having a blast!  Jesus is awesome! See you in Heaven! Rick (and Pam) Ketzenbarger

Thank you for the quick response. I'm really enjoying the trailer. I've put over 20,000 miles on it so far. Thanks again, Ralph

I have a 2003 GT2000 & I am in need of both fenders. Do you sell them & > how much? Also how much for ground shipping? > I would also like to say I LOVE this trailer. i use it for work & have > towed over 800 motorcycle of every kind you can think of in the last 1 1/2 > years. It is really the best money can buy.. > > Steve Shreeve
Thank you very much for your help...   Please pass along my utmost support and satisfaction to Jerome, for your Trailers.  I have owned two, including this one, and after I retire, there will surely be another one in my future, for my future retirement motorcycle, whatever it will be ?  :)    I modifed this trailer, to include, spare tire/carrier up front, Rock Guard up front, and the Floor sections were sprayed with Pickup bed spray before final assembly, to reduce wet surface slippage under foot. Thanks, Jim Ezy-Mount Products www.ezymount.com
Thanks for the response Jerome. I've done enough research to know you have the top of the line trailer. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have one of your chocks I purchased years ago. We are selling our house and moving to PA this summer, so alot of "should we or should we not?" regarding finances and purchase of a trailer at this time. We need one, but... God bless. Mike
Dear Baxley family, Thank you for your creation. Where ever I go someone is either trying to buy my trailer or standing to watch the magic. I have a 1998 3 rail and carry 1-2-or 3 on it. It takes the mountain curves as well as flat out haul. I've had it up to 110 mph for undisclosed reasons and have used it for motorcycle repo as well. I can drive up, load, and be pulling away in aprox. 35 seconds. It sets outside and looks like new, the powder coating is still perfect and no one believes it's 11 years old. I needed a new ID placard for it, called your office and an extremely nice lady sent it to me the next day. Today when every penny counts I swear this trailer looks, performs and pulls better than the famous other 5 I've owned. I've been riding for 35 years, did my days of ragging the people who trailer their stuff, now I rag the ones who pissed their money away on another brand. As soon as they see how it squats and rises I take out a chair and watch them demonstrating to others. Women are really amazed at how easy they can load by themselves, be gone within a minute with no help from anyone. American made, American superior ingenuity no running up a channel doing the flying leg dance, and running at night has good marker lights along the sides, on the tag and rear. I've never been pulled by the heat with this trailer, not like those homemade gypsy death traps you see and stay away from. harley430@carolina.rr.com
Jerome:
First I want to thank you for the courtesy delivery of my trailer in Hayward California last month. Also, I want to say that your guys were very helpful at the delivery.
Now to the trailer itself. It went together like I couldn't belive. I never had to even use a hammer. Everything slip together. It was an awesome assembly. I especially enjoyed the engineering aspects of the design. And as you indicate in your advertisement it loads and unloads like a dream, and pulls like a feather. It truly is a terrific product. I have had a number of inquires at the track, especially when I tilt up the loading frame. You should really try to get a dealer in California so you could reduce the shipping coast. Most of the guys I talked to were put off by the cost of shipping.
Thanks Again

Sir, I borrowed a friends Baxley trailer (SB001) and trailered our Honda VTX 1800R from Sugar Land Texas to Frisco Colorado and rode the Rockies for a week, beautiful country and your trailer was "flawless..."
I could load and unload my bike by myself with no help, it was so easy........
I loved it so much, when we returned to Sugar Land, we bought a SB001..........
Can you tell me if you sell or know where to get chrome hub caps for the chrome rims and what size lug nuts will I need to get? I would like to put chrome caps and chrome lug nuts on the rims but do not know the size to get.. Thank you, Larry Sherwood
Thank you Jerome for your email....I love this trailer, it's so easy and safe to load and unload my VTX...Thank you for answering my question....
Ride Safe, Larry S.
Just finished assembling our FB-001 … this is most likely the most awesome piece of towing equipment on planet earth. The only thing I would add might be the wheel channel in the center of the trailer for use when the ATV stays home and the cruiser comes along. Possible to add that to our FB-001?
p.s. Mr. Baxley; a wheel chock was included with our unit. I did not notice this was a standard feature with the FB-001. If it was included in error, I will be glad to pay you for it. If not an error, I can only say “thanks” and that would seem insufficient. If you do everything else like you do these trailers, America needs more people like you.
Hi. I just wanted to sing the praises of the hight quality of workmanship you put into your trailers. I bought a use (2004) GT2000 last October from a dealer in Conroe Texas. It is used every day for work. I own and operate a Motorcycle Towing company. A few night ago I was on a rescue call at 1:00 am setting at a stop light when I was rear ended. The impact was hard enough to sheer the ball locking latch off causing the trailer tongue to dent my bumper in about an inch. The truck moved forward about 5 feet, and the 3 small running lights on the rear on the trailer where smashed. I was able to use a bolt to lock the trailer back to the ball and safely pick up the stranded rider and get him home safe. The quality of your trailers are the reason I chose Baxley for my company use and I will never pull any other brand. I upgraded the 3 running lights to LED and the tail lights are next. Again thank you Baxley Trailers for making my job much more easy to do. Steve Shreeve
asfdDear Mr. Baxley, I just wanted to let you know that I am still enjoying my Baxley Trailer that I bought. The canvas cover comes in handy in the Pacific Northwest. I am very happy that your were able to make one for me. I am sending you a picture of my motorcycle hooked up on the trailer. This also brings up a good point. Have you ever thought about building compartments in the front or side of the trailer to store helmets, gear..ect.... This could be bolt on compartments of the same material. I would be the first to buy one or two. Just a thought.
Respectfully Yours, MAJ David G. Chung USA Ret
Thanks Chip. My riding friend and I love the chocks, but we rented one of your two bike trailers once and are determined to eventually buy one. We have a fairly good trailer now, but nothing compares to your product.
Jerry Hobbs
Dear Jerome and Cindy:
Just to let you know - I am in love. The trailer is everything and more than what I prayed for.
We took your advice on the route home, and decided to stay the night in GA (Bainbridge?) on 84/27 because of the bad weather and the Friday night traffic near Tallahassee. I noticed people going over to the trailer all night! In the morning someone asked me what is was meant to haul because it was so heavy duty.
We got to Daytona area around 4 pm and I was able to actually unhook and move the trailer into the garage with a little of my help and a lot of my Grandson's muscle (though he made it look easy).
I just want to thank you for taking such good care of me and providing me with hope of being able to continue with what I love. I have been riding motorcycles for about 25 years (250,00 miles) but also with the man I loved by my side to take care of things.
Now I have a Baxley.
God Bless.
Anne Ivis
Hey Jerome,
I saw the "A Gift for You" page and wanted to tell you how awesome it is to see you reaching out to others in that way. I am always trying to find ways to reach people in business, and so I have a great appreciation for what you've done.
I'll be heading down to Bloodworth to order my trailer. I've been shopping around, and you've got me sold.

Mr Baxley, and the rest of the gang at Baxley Trailers...Just wanted to let you know that Tina and I made it safe and sound... The trailer pulls like a dream! I loaded it at the hotel (second try)... First try, tried to do it by walking it on and got the chock to start to tip, but did not have enough forward momentum, so it kicked me out and I rolled it off. The second time, I rolled it on under power... Mr Baxley, you were ABSOLUTELY correct, the bike stopped when the chock engaged! I am also happy to say that I did also :-).... When I got home, I unloaded it easily:-) . What I especially loved was that when I raised the arm with the tie downs still attached, as your daughter told me, the bed lowered, the tie downs loosened up... it was like magic!.... It got a lot of stairs and you should be getting a call or an e-mail from a gent I met at the hotel while I was loading out. His first name is Donnie, and he lives in the Roanoke, VAarea... He was so impressed when I demo'd it and told him the price that he copied your info off the plate on the trailer and said... "I have to get me one of these!" I sure hope he follows through...
Below is the Mickey Jones web site that is a MAJOR testimonial to your SB001 trailer.... Check it out... Maybe he will let you hyperlink to his site......Good luck with your business, hope you sell a million of these trailers.

Jerome, I just want to follow up on my beautiful Motorcycle Trailer and cover. I have been taking my Trailer out on our short trips when my wife does not want to ride and I just want to thank you for such a great product. I have gotten a lot of looks and people have asked what the name of the Trailer is, of course, I tell them. I will take a picture of my trailer with my motorcycle on it.... Once again. Many thanks.
MAJ David G. Chung USA (RET)
Hello Jerome,We hope you had a good time at the Honda Hoot! Maybe we will try it out next year. Here are a couple pictures you may want to add to your photo gallery. Locally, I tow the SB001 with my Civic. On trips, I use the Honda RidgeLine. We are very pleased with the performance of the SB001. It tows effortlessly, tracks true, and is aerodynamic. It actually tows better with a loaded bike! Tongue weight with our Honda VTX1300 is 190 lbs. Tongue weight with our Honda Magna is 230 lbs. It tows smoothly with my Civic 5-Speed standard transmission and my Ridgeline and does not seem to lose much in the way of gas mileage either. We will be towing a bike to Las Vegas later this year, and it will be a breeze on the Interstate Highway. Thanks again for a well engineered product. Herman , Sarasota, Florida
Jerome: After the "shake down cruise", we took the trailer on it's "maiden voyage". In brief, we loaded the Ultra up and drove the 1400 miles round trip from northern Ohio to the Ozarks and back. The trailer tracked true, even at an average cruising speed of 75 mph. I didn't even notice that I was pulling anything except that I got about 2 mpg less than normal - but the Tacoma still averaged slightly over 20! The only "problem" I encountered was that each of the 4 refueling points resulted in me demonstrating the Baxley trailer to other people. The same was true for other riders who stayed at the same place we did that week. When we got back and were putting the trailer away for the winter, a delivery truck driver even stopped and talked to me about the trailer he noticed me putting into the garage. It is a great product and is everything and more that was promised. You also treated us like royalty when we came down to pick it up. We are so glad we bought a Baxley trailer instead of any of the other ones out there. Rick and Pam Ketzenbarger 10 October 2006
Dear Sir:I want to thank you for all your help with my trailer. Both you and your working team members are some of the nicest people I have met. You did not have to paint the trailer according to the warranty paper, but you honored your company and what it stands for. I like my trailer for the ease of mounting my motorcycle for a girl to handle on a trip of any kind. It travels on the road beautiful, sometimes I do not know it is there for the ease of it.
Again thank you for the fast service and the kindness you showed.
Sincerely
Ann Franzen

Cindy; I want to thank you all for your kind help in being able to have a sport trailer for me when I drove over from Mississippi. The unit is more than I expected, and it tows so well behind my 2005 Dakota truck. The machine work is outstanding along with the engineering. Have had a lot of comments on the heft of the unit. Have been to my motorcycle dealer, so you might hear from them on being a dealer for your business. Tell your dad for Semper Fi for me. Sam W.
I bought the SB-001 because after looking at as many open trailers as time allows, I found it to be the best quality and design around. I ride a GL1800 and as heavy as it is with accessories, I loaded it by myself quickly and easily. Didn’t have the right tie-downs but the trailers is so versatile it still worked well. Tow great and when towing on I-20 through Mississippi it got a through test. Hal Cook
Jerome,

......I have come across your trailers on several occasions, including a good look at one at the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis back in January. I figured that one day, this would be the trailer I would acquire when the time was right. Well when deals come along, good ones !, you don't wait any longer.. So I did not wait any longer.. It's a fully loaded, 00 model with about 2K miles on it. Still in great shape, minor chips in powdercoat due to chain scratches, etc. A great unit, easy to use, etc. etc. I don't have to say any more, you know the rest...... So thanks for producing a great product, that will make my life easier.......

Ride safe,
Jim Lawson

Hi Jerome, Thanks for the reply. The trailer worked great for my trip to Greenville, SC. The guys were impressed by the workmanship and how easy it was to load and unload. I may want to buy one of each let me think about it and I'll get back with you next week! Thanks again!
Have a Great Day!
George
Just note to thank you for the hospitality when I visited your plant to pick up my trailer. I left Dothan shortly after 8 AM and arrived home about midnight. Your people were great hooking up the trailer and going through the features. The trailer trailed great on the way home. We had rain all day Tuesday, but when I got the chance Wednesday to put the bike up on the trailer - it loaded like a dream. I used the recommended two point rear tiedown (which worked out beautifully on my 1800 GoldWing - I have soft ties around the frame, and the factory vents in the plastic allow the proper angle for tie down without any modifications).
......I am delighted with the trailer and I'm sure I will have many great trips. It is so nice to trail and not have to worry about the precious cargo behind the car.

Jeff

Miscellaneous Feedback

To Mr. Baxley and Company,
Please post this in your 'Feedback' section.  I really appreciate the prompt and excellent customer service.  This type of treatment is a 'Lost art'.  Other companies could benefit by simply concentrating on emulating your customer service techniques.  I was amazed and honored that I was actually speaking to Mr. Baxley himself.  I just needed to say that I really appreciate the customer service that I received from Mr. Baxley regarding a rubber cap that was lost during transport on the Baxley sport chock.  The phone conversation and treatment that I received from Mr. Baxley surprised me.  I expected to be put on hold and then be required to answer a series of questions and wait for the part to be shipped out in four (4) to six (6) weeks.  Mr. Baxley promptly took my address while on the phone with me and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. The part arrived at my doorstep in less than a week!  I have owned the Baxley sport chock for four (4) years now.  I have used different sport chocks over the years but the Baxley sport chock was the best quality chock that I have ever used. Other riders in our group were so impressed with the chock after witnessing how reliable it is while transporting our bikes over several trips to motorcycle track days that they went out and purchased one for themselves.  If you want to own a quality sport chock, then you need a Baxley.  Call the company yourself sometime and chat with Mr. Baxley yourself and you'll understand what I mean.  You are sure to be impressed. Keep up the good work.  I appreciate you all at Baxley.  God bless! Best regards, Robert F. Reyes

I've used you in the past and had forgotten what a great company you are...thanks for the speedy delivery and Christian outlook.  I'll continue to use you for all my chock needs! Eric
Mr. Baxley, Thank you for your reply. It is very nice to find a company like yours, American, quality products and service, etc. I know of a handful of others, only. I have to wonder how differently the economy would be today if there were more. Anywho, thanks again, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas; maybe you'll see some snow? Paul

Baxley, I was initially impressed with your company and its products due to your commitment to “Made in the USA”. Recently I ordered and received 2 trailer chocks from you. I was pleasantly surprised that the travel mug shipped as a gift was also “Made in the USA”. Thanks for your commitment to “Made in the USA”, even when you could have gone with a cheap import as a free gift. Sincerely, Darryn Vinson

I want to tell you that it has been a pleasure doing business with the Baxley Company.  Cindy Smith has been more than helpful.  I received the shipment of the Baxley GT2000 cover yesterday afternoon.  I will highly recommend you to friends.  Roland R. Lataille

I received the replacement lever. I really appreciate the AWESOME customer service. Everyone needs a Baxley! Howard Bryce Jr.

I received everything on Thursday, just like you promised.  Everything was actually BETTER than I had expected.  I installed the parts and picked up my bike on Sunday.  It was an 160 mile round trip and everything worked flawlessly.  Please pass along my appreciation to everyone (including yourself) for the fantastic job.  I am a customer for life!   Gary L. Fernstrom

Good evening Jerome, Just like to follow-up and say a big "thank you very much" for the prompt and efficient service to send me a replacement for the broken tail light on my trailer. I'm pretty sure the trailer will last (at least) as long as I will, but if I am ever in the market for a quality product like this, I will absolutely shop with you again! All the best Rene New Zealand

Great! Just when I started think the sport bike industry is messed up, you guys come through and give me hope! Thank you very much!Curtis Knox
Cindy,   Thanks again.  I will spread the word about your great customer service.   B.
Cindy,  Today, you're my new best friend!!! Thank you!!! :-)
I'll proceed with rental van arrangements, etc. Enjoy the remainder of your work week. Regards, Cleaven

Cindy, I got the kit about 2 hours after I sent the e-mail. I appreciate the follow up,it is this kind of customer service along with your great products that have made me a customer for life. Thanks again and keep up the great job !!!!!!

To Jerome Baxley: First I would like to that your wheel chocks are the best I have ever used and your products where the only consideration when it came time to purchase a second one. Yesterday when I looking at your web page I came across your the tab for gift. I opened it and all I can say is THANK YOU. I am a retired Air Force Veteran and reading those words at 0500 in the morning was very moving. My day finished up as one of the best that I have had in many years. Coincidence, probably not. So thanks for the gift it is something that I will not ever forget. Jon King P.S. I will be ordering my chock in the next week or two. Thanks again
Jerome, While shoppoing around for a bike chock I came across you web site & free gift. I just want to say that I received the Lord 33 years ago after being witnessed to by a business man. Your method of spreading the Gospel is somewhat unique & no doubt will bring about a harvest. Your LA chock although a little pricey, really is the best one out there. I have just about enough saved to get one & you can look for my order soon. Pleasure to do business with a brother.Yours in Christ,Jim
hi i just purchased a chock of yours from a vendor and was pleasantly suprised to see some small christian reading pamphlets included with the directions. what a breath of fresh air. thanks for spreading the good word, i know a lot of people in the moto-industry can use it. including myself.......
thanks again
Jerome, I just bought three of your blocks and love them ,I also love your words about Jesus, it was fun, and I stopped what I was doing and sat down and read it, and found myself really relaxed for the rest of the day and wanted to say thank you , no one has ever done that.
!!! THANK YOU Cindy!!!
Got the rubber foot today! Thank you for getting it to me so fast. I did not expect to get a replacement for free or so fast. We are packing up for a race this weekend, so perfect timing! I wish everyone had customer service like this. Tell your boss we said your underpaid. :)
Customer for lfe! Dan Moody
Hi I have been a long time user of your sport chock and I'm sure you have heard this on many occasions. It is amazing! Thank you for building it. However, I lost one of the black rubber feet, and can't find where to purchase a replacement on the website. please help.
Secondly, Thank you for the free gift! I hope people take your advice!
Brent Smedley WERA West #47
This is one of the best website additions I've seen! Kudos to you for not being hesitant to preach the gospel!!! May you be richly blessed for doing so!
Blessings,
Bob
P.S. I was visiting a childhood friend in Fairhope, AL this past weekend and saw your chocks in action. I fell in love. Once I get back home in California, I'll be ordering.
Hi Jerome, I have appreciated your ability to provide personal customer service in the puyrchase of my GT 2000. The delivery by virtue of your friends went well. Despite my ignorance as it relates to "mechanca"l matters and specifically the function of the electric braking functions of my truck; the trailer was exceptionally easy to tow (even through Chicago rush hour, and isd also easy to operate. The "fit and finish" was also top notch. I am truly pleased to own your product! Best regards, Scott Keyes
Good Day Jerome, I just wanted to let you know the chock arrived today in excellent condition (it was packed very well). I am very impressed with the quality of it.
By the way, the actual shipping cost was $1.75 more than what was on the invoice. I am willing to make up the difference. Just let me know how you want to do it. Sincerely, Vincent
I just wanted to write a quick note to say how impressed I am with your website and display of your trailer products.
I currently own a 1985 Honda Goldwing Interstate and someday would love to own a trailer such as the SB001. Not in the budget as of now but will have to keep it in mind for the future.
The other reason that I thought that I would drop a line is for your 'A Gift For You' page. I was surprised and pleased to see a company that sells a quality product present the word of God in such a humble way.
Thanks for this site, I will place it in my favorites for future referencing.

Just a quick note to thank you for your sponsorship of CLASS. I recently attended both of Reg’s east coast schools at Barber and VIR. Reg always makes a point of how important your sponsorship is in making it possible to hold his schools and he is an excellent ambassador for your products
I personally own 2 of your sportbike chocks and depend on them every day for use both in my garage and in my trailer.
Thanks,
David Brooks
Shanna,
I don’t know how you did it but I received the sport chock the very next day, Wednesday. Recall that I ordered it from you on Tuesday at 3pm your time. Now that’s what I call great service!! Thanks again. Frank Valinho
Dear Ms. Smith,
Thank you so much, the flags came today, and I am very happy to have them.
Now I'm in a quandary--which is better, Baxley products or Baxley customer service? They are both superior, in my book!
Many, many thanks.
Robert Bowman
My husband recently bought his second Sport Red Chock. This is a wonderful product. I just wanted to acknowledge your " Witnessing" material which came with the Chock. My husband and I are "born-again" and love our LORD and Savior! Thank you for all you do. We are praying that alot of hearts will be touched and God's kingdom will be increased. You have planted the seed. I pray someone else will water it. God Bless you and your company.
Robby & Nancy Byrd
Jerome, Just wanted to drop a note thanking you for sponsoring Reg Pridmore because today I had the most fun I've had in years! And I brought BOTH my Baxley Sport Chocks with me -- one for my BMW and the other for my friend's GSX-R -- and he loved it! Said he was going to buy one for himself. So, thanks again -- for the great chock and the sponsorship.-- John Woods
Dear Mrs. Cindy. Thank you for the personalized service!. I received my order, and can’t wait to put the items to good use. I will let you know how everything goes.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration,
‘yours A very happy customer, Emilio (“Milo”) Galindez U.S.C.G.
I already received it and it works great. Thanks a bunch. I have been wanting a sport chock for some time and finally broke down and bought one. Also, it is very nice to see a company that stands for their beliefs in Christianity and isn't scared to tell people about it. Thanks for that!!!!! Steve Stanford
We got our stands today and they are awesome!!!! Thanks.
Layne Kolbet
I recently attended Reg Pridmore’s CLASS motorcycle school at Barber Motorsports Park. It was the most fun I’ve ever had on a motorcycle. Thank you for your sponsorship of Reg and his program.
Thanks for the excellent service! Sam
Thank you Cindy, my chock arrived yesterday...another happy customer! It's nice to see fellow Christians out in there in the world. Hope your Christmas was a great one! Here's to a Happy New Year...Thanks again, Jody Matzke
Thank you.. I'm real particular as far as how things are packaged, shipped, the condition upon arrival, etc. May I say, you guys delivered an awesome product to me, in great condition, in a nice sturdy box and I am so glad I decided to order from you. I first saw the chock at the motorcycle show in Long Beach. I had to have one! With all the other products you have, I'm sure we'll be doing business again. Oh, and thanks for the Christmas discount. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR. Drake Madison
Hi, a customer gave me your website after I admired his wheel chock and asked where he purchased it from. I just wanted to drop a note to say God Bless you, your families and your company. Praise God! Greg/Cycle Parts of Alabama
Bought 2 a couple days ago from Reg Pridmore (ClassRides) at an event at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma. Had just transported my bikes in my trailer on their kickstands (in stand floor chocks) up from Santa Barbara -what a nightmare! Think I hyper extended the kickstand on my Ducati 999. Even with 4 tie downs, bikes were moving all over the place. Upon arrival at the track I told Reg of my dilemma and Reg showed me your product - I bought 2 on the spot -used them for 2 days at the track and yesterday to transport bikes back down to Santa Barbara -they worked perfectly. Didn't move at all for 300 miles. I highly recommend them! Really they are a no brainer for anyone transporting a sportbike! All kinds of riders had them at Infineon!
thanks again for a well made and well thoughtout product! mark campbell
Thanks Cindy. I love doing business with small businesses. It is what America was built on and I respect capitalism. Hope your business is prospering. I bought your chock, while more expensive than others, because of the design and your reputation for quality. I have 3 bikes parked in my 2.5 car garage...along with my car and my wife's rig. It is a tight fit and I plan to use the chock for my Ducati which fits nicely in a spot that I'd rather use all the room possible in front of the bike. The chock should work great and make it easy to park and remove the bike for riding. Regards, Keith
Wheel chock arrived, thanks for the great service. Roger.
Cindy, Thank you for the info I got it last Thursday. Used it at the track all weekend what a big help it was to be able to work on the bike and not have to get out the rearstand to do everything thank you, Tom
I got the parts this morning. Thanks again for how well you took care of this. I don’t think any of the business’ we deal with have ever taken care of something this quick. Later. Garrett

Good Morning Jerome, Just wanted to let you know that the fender arrived last Friday and I have installed it on my trailer. I contacted Evon Jackson with Carlisle tires and she has already replaced all of my tires. Once again I would like to thank you and commend you on the excellent customer service you have provided. Sadly, it seems to be harder and harder to find an organization that can even come close to doing what you have done. Rest assured I have shared my story about you and your company with everyone I come in contact with and am highly recommending your products and services to all. Sincerely, Ted A. Larson
Melinda, Thanks for your email. I received the Sport Chock last Thursday, and put my bike on it right away. Works great! Thanks again for your top notch service and product. Dean Duvall
JB: I am writing to thank you for your support of Reg Pridmore's CLASS motorcycle school. I have just completed my fifth school and have as many more scheduled thru out the rest of this year. That should suggest the degree of my satisfaction with what Reg and his staff are doing. Reg is a born teacher and he has picked a staff to match. His strong emphasis on safety combined with his enthusiasm sets the perfect tone to make students comfortable enough to stretch themselves, but always (well almost) with in their own limits. I have proven to myself the importance to paying attention by not paying quite enough attention and ending up off the course, but still up right. Reg and his staff are roll models in how they ride and what equipment they choose. I have copied them and now use equipment from just over half of his sponsors (yours included). I still don't ride quite the way they do, but I'm working on it. I am already a much smoother and safer rider on the street and that was my primary goal. But I continue to learn and have fun so I will keep attending the schools. Congratulations on choosing to sponsor such a worthwhile enterprise and thank you again. V/R: Jack ShalePS: I just sent a separate email to "info" about ordering two of your sport chocks. I saw them at Reg's and I am already wondering how I have done with out them.
I also want to thank you for your strong Christian witness. I used to work for a large corporation and they would not allow any open displays of Christian faith because they said it created a harassing workplace. They decided to shut down our plant in 2005 so I and three other people bought the plant and reopened it. The plant is doing great and we thank God OPENLY for the grace He has shown us. We were sad when it closed, but in the end it has worked for good. Keep lifting Him up. I know most of the people at NPR Ducati are overtly non-Christian, but it will do them good to wade through the tracts you put in each unit. God's Word will not return void. Bless you - Lee Dickinson

My sport chock came today as promised. Thank you all for the prompt and professional service. You have a very good product. I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to let you know how much I enjoy Reg Pridmore's CLASS motorcycle riding school. I attended once in '05, twice in '06, and I have joined Force 5 for '07. Thanks to Reg and his great instructors, I have become a better, faster, and safer rider. Thank you so much for you support of CLASS. BTW - I usually travel to CLASS with a buddy. His Haulmark trailer is equipped with four Baxley Sport Chocks which makes loading four bikes a breeze. Thanks for a great product! Regards, Bruce Stanton Bakersfield, CA
Hats off to your Co. I love the product and I love the fact that you guys are a Christian Co. and the extra Faith literature that you send off with the product! God Bless your Co. and lets pray for riders to be safe and God to watch over us as we ride with him, Amen. P.s. it's Company's like this that you love to pass on Jason Stahl Congratulations on choosing to sponsor such a worthwhile enterprise and thank you again.
I just wanted to let you know that I received my LA chock right on time as promised.
Thank you again,James EdwardsV/R: Jack Shale
Sincerely
Ann Franzen

I would like the people of Baxley to know that I recently had the opportunity of participating in Class Motorcycle Schools (10/11/05 Infineon Raceway). It was a first class outfit with outstanding teachers and all around good folks. It's nice to know that great sponsors like yourselves contribute to such outstanding and in my opinion necessary organizations. Without Class I may have never had the opportunity or encouragement to tryout great products such as yours. What a great experience! Thank you very much, Seamus EganJ
Just bought mine yesterday after borrowing a friends for a week. I don't know how I managed without it in my garage for this long. I love the thing, and I can't stop thinking of ways it will make my life easier. Also great job on adding in Christian literature in your packets. My father is a Lutheran minister, and I get to see a lot of bad publicity by people putting way too many pamphlets in their packaging, and I wanted to say you guys nailed it! This is the way to spread the word, very tasteful and to the point. Not trying to sell your religion, just Jesus! Thanks again and God bless

To Jerome Baxley and wife!

Can't believe that it has already been a month since you two saved our vacation! Sorry it has taken us so long to thank you. We have told the story to everyone about how you drove 14 hours to fix the trailor. Talk about standing behind your product. WOW! We had a great time in the the Rockies and the trailor got a lot of use. My brother's Harley wasn't running too well, so everytime he went out, we would give him a half an hour to return and then someone would take the Baxley trailor to rescue him. His Harley was on and off the trailor more times than our bikes. Everyone was very impressed with it, so if you get any contacts from Colorado it's because they saw the Baxley Trailor in action.

Jerome, thanks again, you don't know how much what you did meant to us. You were incredible! Is there anywhere on your website that I could post a testimonial about what you did for us? Let us know. We can't say enough about how great the trailer is and especially how great the owner of the company is. :)
Sincerely,
Jenny Gomoll and Sharon Jansky

Jeff
